- We will not present a deck, run a sales pitch, or pressure you to commit to Tier 2.

A structured engagement. We map your workflow, decision logic, information flows, operating environment, and trust requirements, then design a proposed agent architecture and deliver a written report.
- A map of your current workflow and where AI could intervene.
- A proposed agent architecture: what it observes, what it does, what it surfaces, and who it answers to.
- A scope, timeline, and build quotation or managed-stack quotation if applicable.
- A list of what is not recommended, and why.
Commitment from you: 2–4 hours of structured session time across 1–3 weeks, plus access to relevant people in your team.
Cost: fixed fee, agreed in writing before the engagement starts.

A curated set of AI tools, deployed and integrated for your practice, with ongoing review and adjustment. This is for clients who want AI capability across their business, not just one workflow.
Status: experimental, not yet a service line. The intended shape is a 90-day pilot followed by an ongoing retainer, but pricing, scope, and governance are not yet final.
