The full Agentic System Build service is the end-to-end engagement of the entire agent system delivered as one. It covers the foundation (Local Inferencing), the build (Agent System), and the long-arc teaching (Agent Development), plus the additional user training, system maintenance, and agent ability improvement sessions that turn a delivered system into a working system. The team receives full ownership of the whole stack, integrated and refined together, and agents emerge into the workflows of daily work.
Choosing the local language model and the hardware that runs it. This provides the essential inferencing power for agent's system function and memories.
Implementing the system itself: the agents, the memory they share, the way they are organised. User agents per team member, function agents per role, arranged in a one-way hierarchy.
The long-arc teaching for agents, monitoring their abilities and increase their capabilities.
Beyond the foundation work, the build is supported by ongoing user training, progress catchups, on-site checkups, and improvement work over the engagement term. The system is built and taught, Mana Agency will continue to provide support until the system is functioning as expected.
The engagement runs across three stages — provisioning, pipeline implementation, and production hardening. Stages run in order, with the later stages scaling with team size. Typical durations are noted next to each stage; exact durations are set in Schedule 1 of the agreement, before the build starts.
The runtime and host environment are stood up.
By the end of this stage, the host has a working inference engine, an isolated agent runtime, and the messaging surface where work will be orchestrated.
The agent's end-to-end pipeline is built and validated against real workload inputs.
By the end of this stage, the pipeline carries real team workflows, the security posture has been validated, and the team has been onboarded onto the runtime.
The system is hardened against production load and refined against real use.
By the end of this stage, the system is running reliably under the team's production load and the team has practised autonomous use with the gate enforced.
The full pipeline is built end-to-end and validated against real inputs before handover. Where the system includes an approval gate, no output publishes automatically; every output waits for the team's approval.
